In buying from Concero, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that it is buying goods and services as a business and not as a consumer. As a business, purchases the Customer makes from Concero will not benefit from the same statutory protection available to consumers under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended), the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or any other consumer protection legislation.
