This Hardware Services Agreement (“Hardware Agreement”) has been prepared by Flow Solutions, Inc. (“Flow”) and is entered into by and between Flow and you, the user (“Client”) of any services relating to Hardware (as defined below), including but not limited to any purchase or rental of Hardware, installation services of Hardware (“Installation Services”) and maintenance services related to Hardware (“Maintenance Services”) (collectively referred to as “Hardware Services”). This Hardware Agreement also sets forth a warranty for Hardware.
