Contract Type FiledMay 5th, 2010Hardware that is unopened and in original condition and packaging may be returned to Altium during the first thirty (30) days after receipt by You for a full refund of the purchase price. The Hardware is warranted to perform in accordance with its material specifications during the first ninety (90) days after receipt by You. If You believe that a material error in the Hardware has occurred during said warranty period, You are required to notify Altium within such period. Your remedy for failure of any such Hardware within said warranty period shall be limited to, at Altium's discretion, either error correction or replacement of the Hardware, or if neither is in Altium's opinion commercially feasible a refund of the initial purchase price of the Hardware will be provided to You by Altium. In the event that Hardware should fail to perform in accordance with its specifications after said ninety (90) day period, Altium shall have no obligation to replace or refund in connection therewith.
