The current Hazardous Materials Response Agreement between the City of Rice Lake and Barron County expires as of December 31, 2011 unless renewed by the Barron County Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC), the Rice Lake Common Council (RLCC) and Barron County Board of Supervisors (BCBS).
