THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 1st day of January 2014 (hereinafter referred to as the “Effective Date”), by and between the City of Moorhead, a municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as (CITY) and Historical and Cultural Society of Clay County, a Minnesota non-profit corporation, hereinafter referred to as (CURATOR).
