This Agreement contains the terms and conditions that apply to the Supplier / Participant (individual or entity's) in the Nelson Mandela Bay Pass Program. As used in this Agreement, "we" means Nelson Mandela Bay Tourism, and "you" means the participant. We reserve the right to accept or reject any agency requesting to be part of the travel agent program.

This Service Level Agreement (SLA) and specification relates to the provision of Champix/Varenicline for adults only within Pharmacies as part of the Let’s Get Healthy Integrated Adult Wellness Service (IAWS), as pharmacy services play a key role in helping people to stop smoking. It is intended to support Pharmacists in maximising the numbers of service users who go through a supported structured quit programme provided by the IAWS with the provision of Champix/Varenicline by the pharmacist, targeting priority groups to reduce overall smoking prevalence. The SLA does not include NRT provision, stop smoking services for pregnant women or services for young people commissioned separately by Dudley Public Health and is only for clients referred via the IAWS only – see detailed inclusion and exclusion criteria.
