The Health and Human Services Commission (“HHSC”) and Sherry Matthews, Inc., d/b/a Sherry Matthews Advocacy Marketing (“Contractor “), collectively, the “Parties,” to the Work Order for the “Every Ounce Counts Campaign” (the “Campaign”) denominated HHSC Work Order No. HHS000250300001 (the “Work Order”), as amended, now want to further amend the Work Order.
