Twisted Oak Pomskies guarantees the puppy is in good health, has had its second round of immunizations and has been dewormed. The buyer has 7 days to take puppy to a veterinarian for an examination. If congenital defect is found within 7 days, the buyer has the option of returning the puppy to the seller, at the buyer’s cost, for a full refund. The buyer will provide a written statement from a licensed veterinarian clearly stating defect or illness and seller/veterinarian contact is made. Any health care cost occurred, such as operations or hospital stay, without seller’s consent, will not be paid by the seller. Seller will not refund more than purchase price for any reason. If the puppy is not taken to a licensed veterinarian within the 7 days, the health guarantee is void.

Your puppy will come with a 2 year health guarantee against any genetically inherited condition that will significantly affect your dog’s quality of life. Any condition must be verified by a licensed veterinarian and presented in writing from the vet’s office. We also reserve the right to have this verified with a second opinion by a vet of our choosing. Although this scenario is very unlikely, should you purchase a puppy with genetic defects from us, you can choose to have your puppy replaced with a healthy doodle puppy within one year. You will not be required to return your original puppy. We cannot guarantee the gender, color, or parentage of your replacement puppy. We are not responsible for any vet bills and there will be no cash refund. We reserve the right to have an unhealthy puppy tested to ensure that it is of our lineage.
