It is based on the buyer’s agreement to purchase the cat/kitten at the nominated price, and indicates that the buyer is satisfied with the condition and general health of the animal at the time of final payment, and has collected from pet from the breeder’s premises or has received the pet via transport interstate.

We guarantee that your puppy will be delivered to you in good health. We require that you have your puppy examined by a veterinarian within 5 days of delivery. We want you to be fully assured of your puppy’s health. If your veterinarian finds your puppy to have chronic or serious health issues, we will immediately arrange a full refund of purchase price to be sent upon both the return of puppy and a report issued by the examining vet. Rather than a refund, you may return the puppy and receive a puppy from the next available litter (breeder’s choice). If you do not take the puppy for examination within 5 days of delivery, this contract is void. Any request for refund or replacement must be made within the 5-day period allotted.

We, at Millpond Doodles guarantee up to and no more than 48 months after the date of sale against known hereditary diseases that greatly shortens or affects the quality of the dog’s life. A replacement puppy will be offered at our discretion or half the purchase price will be returned to the buyer - and the buyer keeps the purchased puppy. We will assume no shipping costs.
