During the time between receiving your puppy and the completion of the puppy shots (approx. 16 to 17 weeks of age) It is the buyer’s responsibility to keep the puppy away from public places such as pet stores, Puppy Kindergarten, or parks. A puppy's immunity is not strong enough to be exposed to potentially deadly viruses (such as parvovirus) before the puppy vaccinations are completed.

This agreement is between Appalachian Goldendoodles (Seller) and (Buyer) Description – Puppy. The dog sold pursuant to the terms of this agreement is understood to be companion pet only and not used nor sold as a breeding prospect. Dog is to be spayed/ neutered by Buyer between 10-12 months of age and copy of spay/neuter invoice provided to Seller within one month of spay/neuter. Reminder to spay/neuter will be sent to buyer at around 8 months and reasonable time given to cure.
