A puppy's immunity is not strong enough to be exposed to potentially deadly viruses (such as parvovirus) before the puppy vaccinations are completed.

The dog sold pursuant to the terms of this agreement is understood to be companion pet only and not used nor sold as a breeding prospect. Dog is to be spayed/ neutered by Buyer between 10-12 months of age and copy of spay/neuter invoice provided to Seller within one month of spay/neuter. Reminder to spay/neuter will be sent to buyer at around 8 months and reasonable time given to cure.
