This licence agreement (Licence) is a legal agreement between you (Licensee or you) and Connected Tech Group Ltd (incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 10532583 whose registered office is at 22 Mount Ephraim, Tunbridge Wells TN4 8AS, also trading as HealthWheel) (Licensor, us or we) for myHealthWheel and/or HealthWheel Connect computer software, any associated media (Software) and any associated materials (whether printed or electronic) provided by us (Documents).
