This HearYou.org Counseling Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Newark Unified School District, (the “District”) located at 5715 Musick Ave, Newark, CA 94560, and Wellness Together, Inc., dba HearYou.org, (“Company”) a California nonprofit corporation, located at 1382 Blue Oaks Blvd, Suite 213, Roseville California, 95678. The term of this Agreement shall be between the dates of January 3, 2022 to June 1, 2022 (“Current School Year”).
