, 2024 (“Effective Date”), is made and entered into by and between the CITY OF ANAHEIM, a municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as “ANAHEIM”), and DISNEYLAND® RESORT, a division of Walt Disney Parks and Resorts U.S. Inc., a Florida corporation qualified to do business in the State of California (hereinafter referred to as “DISNEY”). ANAHEIM and DISNEY are each singularly a “Party” and together the “Parties” to this Agreement with reference to the following facts and subject to the following conditions.
