This Resident Caretaker Agreement is entered into this 23rd day of January, 2018, by and between the County of Missoula, a political subdivision of the State of Montana, referred to as the “County” and Tana Cooley and Benjamin Nachman referred to as the “Resident Caretakers” and the Friends of 2 Rivers, referred to as “Site Liaison.”
