This Heritage Fund Grant Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the Arizona Game and Fish Commission (“Commission”) and PARTICIPANT’S NAME (“Grantee”) (collectively “Parties” and singularly “Party”) pursuant to A.R.S. § 17-231 (B)(7). The terms “Department” and “Director” refer to the Arizona Game and Fish Department and its Director, acting as administrative agent for the Commission.
