THIS CONTRACT (“Contract”) is entered into by and between ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, a charter county and political subdivision of the State of Florida, located at 201 South Rosalind Avenue, Orlando, Florida 32801 on behalf of its Citizens’ Commission for Children Division (“COUNTY”), and New Image Youth Center, Inc AGENCY) a not for profit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Florida, located at 212 South Parramore Ave., Orlando, FL 32805. The COUNTY and the AGENCY may be referred to individually as “party” or collectively as “parties.”
