The Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) and The Gulf Coast Center (Grantee), a Community Mental Health Center established under Texas Health and Safety Code Section 534.001, each a “Party” and collectively “Parties” to the grant agreement providing funding to support service expansion in relation to the COVID-19 Supplemental Grant Program effective November 26, 2021 and denominated HHSC Contract No. HHS001108400035 (“Contract”), now want to further amend the Contract.

The Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) and The Gulf Coast Center (Grantee), a Community Mental Health Center established under Texas Health and Safety Code Section 534.001, each referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties,” to the grant agreement providing funding to support service expansion in relation to the COVID-19 Supplemental Grant Program effective November 29, 2021 and denominated HHSC Contract No. HHS001108400035 (“Contract”), now desire to amend the Contract.
