The Department of State Health Services (“DSHS” or “System Agency”) and Bexar County Hospital District dba University Health System (“Grantee”), each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties” to that certain grant contract for HIV/Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) services, effective September 1, 2023, and denominated DSHS Contract No. HHS001317100001 (the “Contract”), now desire to amend the Contract.
