is made and entered into this day of June, 2015 (the "Effective Date"), by and between the CITY OF OVERLAND PARK, KANSAS, a municipal corporation duly organized under the laws of the State of Kansas (the “City”); and INDIAN CREEK LAND & INVESTMENT CO., L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, (the “Developer”), pursuant to Resolution No. 4103 adopted by the Governing Body of the City on the 2nd day of March, 2015.
