The Town Board and the Town Superintendent of Highways are required by Highway Law 284 to enter into a written agreement stating the places and manner in which the highway fund appropriation (including CHIPS funds) for repairs and improvements are to be expended. The sum of all the amounts set forth in the 284 appropriate for repairs and improvements of the Dryden highway.
