THIS HOLDING ESCROW AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into effective on December 10, 2020 by and between Can B Corp., a Florida corporation (the “Borrower”), ________________ (collectively, the “Lender”), and Hollywood Escrow, Inc., as Escrow Holder (“Escrow Holder”).
