into by and between the District Board of Trustees of the College of Central Florida (“College,” “CF,” or “College of Central Florida”) and the undersigned Student desiring to enroll in College courses through home education (“Student”) and his or her Parent or Guardian (“Parent,” “Guardian,” or “Home School Administrator”) (collectively “Parties”) is entered into pursuant to section (s.)1007.271(13)(a), Fla. Stat. (2019), requiring each postsecondary institution to enter into an agreement with each home education student seeking enrollment in a dual enrollment course and the student’s parents.
