This warranty is invalid and void if the Product is chipped, scratched, marred or otherwise damaged either deliberately or unintentionally, or if the Product is exposed to or comes in contact with dyes, paints, inks, cosmetics, pigments, food, paint removers, fingernail polish removers, solvents or chemicals, cigarettes or any heat source, abrasive pads or cleansers or cleaning agents other than those approved by Aloft Remodeling. This warranty applies to owner-occupied residential homes only. This warranty is also invalid if the bath Product has been repaired, altered, or modified by someone other than Aloft Remodeling Certified Technician. This warranty does not apply to replacement of any Products made necessary by misuse, negligence in maintenance including the maintenance of all caulking seals, or the use of non-recommended cleaners. The buyer is responsible for periodic maintenance of caulking for finishing tub and walls.
