This Service Agreement, hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement” is a service contract issued by the entity listed for your state on the Coverage Summary page. Such entity is hereinafter referred to as “Capital Shield Home Services LLC”, “we”, “us”, and/or “our”, or “provider”. The owner of the property covered by this Agreement is hereinafter referred to as “you” and/or “your”, or “Agreement Holder”. Capital Shield Home Services (“Capital Shield Home Services” or “CSHS”) offers home service agreements, which are not warranties or home insurance. Capital Shield Home Services reserves the right to revise this Agreement at any time and you are bound by any changes to this Agreement once notice of such changes has been provided to you. "We will communicate any changes to the Agreement Holder within 30 days of the changes. If you do not agree with the changes to this Agreement, you may cancel at any time (please see section XV. Cancellation for instructions).
