THIS AGREEMENT dated between ("Borrower(s)") and MICHIGAN MUTUAL INC. ("Lender") specifies the conditions by which the Lender will advance the proceeds of a loan to be used to: purchase and rehabilitate OR refinance and rehabilitate the property at the following address: ("Property") in accordance with the Plans and Specifications agreed to by Lender and Borrower, and the work approved by Lender ("Rehabilitation").
