This Agreement (“Agreement”) between you and Morton Community Bank, an Illinois bank, including all its divisions (the “Bank”), sets forth the terms and conditions of the Bank’s Mobile Deposit Service (the “Service”), which allows you to deposit certain checks into certain deposit accounts that are eligible to
