This FIRST AMENDMENT (the “First Amendment”) to the Hoosier Business Investment Agreement (the “HBI Agreement”) is entered into between the Indiana Economic Development Corporation (the “IEDC”) and, jointly and severally, MEDIOH LLC, CIARA TECHNOLOGIES USA, INC. and HYPERTEC CAPITAL LLC (collectively herein the “Company”).
