This Agreement, made in pursuance of the Industrial Arbitration Act, 1912, this 10th day of January, 1978, between the Hospital Salaried Officers' Association of Western Australia, Industrial Union of Workers (hereinafter referred to as the "Association") of the one part and the Boards of Management of Royal Perth Hospital, Princess Margaret Hospital for Children, King Edward Memorial Hospital for Women, Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, Fremantle Hospital, Perth Dental Hospital and the Minister for Health and Community Welfare (hereinafter referred to as the "Employer") of the other part, witnesseth that the said parties hereto mutually convenant and agree as follows:-
