Note: NCR Voyix reserves the right to modify at any time the then applicable Schedules to the Agreement, including Schedules 1, 2 3, 4 and 5. If NCR Voyix makes any modifications it will provide notice to Customer of such modifications, which notice may be given by any of the following means: (i) by the posting of a notice on a prominent screen or area within the Hosted NCR Voyix Software, (ii) by e-mail to the e-mail address that Customer has provided NCR Voyix, (iii) by regular mail to the mailing address that Customer has provided to NCR Voyix, or (iv) by any other electronic or non-electronic means that NCR Voyix s is reasonably likely to reach Customer. Unless Customer thereafter provides notice to NCR Voyix that Customer elects to terminate the Agreement within 30 days from the date of such notice to Customer, such modifications shall thereafter be effective under this Agreement. Any past references in prior versions of these Schedules to Client are now reflected as Customer.

This Schedule 1 is part of the Agreement between NCR and the applicable Customer and sets forth certain additional policies, terms and conditions applicable to the Software covered by the Agreement.
