This Host Venue Sponsorship/Partnership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into this 27th day of July, 2016 (“Effective Date”) by and between THE WOODLANDS MARATHON MANAGEMENT, LLC, a Limited Liability Partnership, whose principal business address is 14 Snowbird Place, The Woodlands, Texas 77381, and THE WOODLANDS TOWNSHIP (“THE TOWNSHIP”), a political subdivision of the State of Texas, with offices at 2801 Technology Forest Boulevard, The Woodlands, Texas 77381 (THE TOWNSHIP hereafter referred sometimes referred to as “Township”). (THE TOWNSHIP and THE WOODLANDS MARATHON MANAGEMENT, LLC are referred to herein individually as "Party" and collectively as the "Parties").
