This Hosted Application Service Agreement ("HASA") is a legal agreement between the organisation or entity, ("The Customer" or "You/Your") and Concord Australia Pty Ltd & PSP Asset Protection Ltd. ("CAP/PSP" or "We/Our") which covers the terms and conditions applicable between Concord, PSP and The Customer for Concord and PSP to provide software hosting services ("The Services") to The Customer.
