This Hosted Platform License & Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into and made effective as of August 1, 2012 (“Effective Date”) between Payventures Tech LLC, a Florida limited liability company, having a principal place of business at 750 Park of Commerce Blvd., Suite 310, Boca Raton, FL 33487 (“PVTech” or “we” or “us”) and 800 Commerce Inc., a Florida corporation, having a principal place of business at (“you” or “your” or “Agency”).
