BizzSOS, LLC’s (“BizzSOS”) software (the “Service”, the “Software”, or the “BizzSOS Platform”) is provided to you on a software-as-a-service (“SaaS”) basis. The Service, as provided pursuant to this Agreement, means a hosted, on-demand, web-based referral, quoting, and billing software offered by Licensor, including updates thereto from time to time. The Service is owned, operated, and maintained by Licensor and the following terms and conditions govern your subscription with Licensor and your use of the Service and all materials and content available therein.
