This Hosting Services Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) is hereby entered into and agreed upon by you, either an individual or an entity (“You” or “Customer”) and H.B. SOME OF THOSE SERVICES MAY BE PROVIDED BY A THIRD-PARTY AND IN WHICH CASE THE TERMS OF THOSE INDIVIDUAL SERVICES WILL ALSO APPLY.
