Welcome to Hot Springs Community Garden (the “Garden”). The Hot Springs Garden, called “Client” or ‘we” in this document, is a nonprofit organization that manages the Garden as part of carrying out its mission. This document, which is a legal contract between you and Client, describes the terms under which you may use a plot in the garden, as assigned to you by us. By signing this document, you confirm that you understand and agree to its terms including the waiver terms, set out below.
