This addendum (“Addendum”) amends and supplements the standard contract and/or purchase order form (“Hotel Contract”) provided by (“Hotel”) entered into between Texas A&M Engineering Experiment Station a member of The Texas A&M University System (“A&M System”) and an agency of the State of Texas (“MEMBER”), and the Hotel located at .
