This Hotel Occupancy Tax Grant Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) by and between the City of Forney, Texas, a Texas home-rule municipality (hereinafter referred to as the “City”) and The Forney Lions Club, a Texas non-profit organization (hereinafter referred to as the “Entity”) is made and executed on the following recitals, terms, and conditions.
