THIS TENANCY AGREEMENT comprises the particulars detailed above and the terms and conditions printed overleaf whereby the Property is hereby let by the Landlord and taken by the Tenant(s) for occupation. Only the above named tenants are permitted to occupy the property. Any excpetion to this must be confirmed in writing by the Landlord.
