This document constitutes an offer by the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, hereinafter referred to as the University, to contract with the Student hereinafter referred to as the Resident, for housing facilities and dining services. Documents which are incorporated by reference to this contract are the Guide to Residence Hall Living, the Community Rights and Responsibilities Handbook, the University Dining Brochure, the Schedule of Occupancy, and the University Bulletin.

Receiving this Contract ("CONTRACT") indicates that you have already paid the required $200 housing deposit as a first-time residential student OR that you are a returning student living on campus. This contract is for the remainder of the academic year. If you intend to reside on campus for only one semester (and you would be eligible to live off campus), please indicate which semester you would need housing on your application.

This agreement is made by Alverno College and the student. A $100 Housing Security Deposit is required when submitting this contract. Submitting the contract commits the student to an academic year agreement and respective fees. Exceptions may be given if the student is released from the contract by housing administration personnel. If Alverno is unable to provide housing by the official enrollment date, the student can choose to remain on the waitlist, or a refund will be given. Residency Requirement. All full-time students must live on campus and purchase a board plan unless the student has applied and received permission to live off campus. This policy is strictly enforced. Students who move off campus without permission will continue to be charged for campus room and board.
