This document and the policies combined within it constitute part of the Housing and Food Services Upperclass Residence Halls Contract (herein Contract or Agreement) between the Board of Regents of the University of Oklahoma (University) with its non-freshman residents (Residents) and may be modified from time to time at the discretion of the University.
