The purpose of this document is to establish the terms and conditions of occupancy in University residence halls, Hamline houses, or Hamline apartments and participation in the University dining service program. This is a full 9 month academic year contract and is legally binding. The documents which are incor- porated by reference into this contract are the Hamline University Student Handbook (go to www.hamline.edu/policies) and Residential Life Handbook. The resident accepts the contract by completing and electronically signing the Application for Residence Hall and Meal Services online contract. Electronically signing the online housing contract/application signifies the student’s acceptance of an entire 9 month academic year contract in the residence halls, houses, or apartments subject to the terms and conditions of this contract and acceptance of the financial obligation for the stated apartment/room/

This agreement, which is a legally binding contract between you and Hamline University, its trustees, officers, employees, and agents (“University”), established the terms and conditions of your occupancy in University Housing, whether in residence halls, Hamline houses, or Hamline apartments, and participation in the University Meal Services program. The Hamline University student policies (go to www.hamline.edu/policies) and Residential Life policies (go to: https://www.hamline.edu/offices/housing/handbook.html) are incorporated into and are a part of this agreement and are likewise legally binding.
