This Agreement is entered between Alachua County, Florida, a political subdivision and charter County of the State of Florida, by and through its Board of County Commissioners, hereinafter referred to as “County” and the Alachua County Housing Authority, an independent entity created by Florida law, with a principal business address of 703 NE 1st Street Gainesville, FL 32601 hereinafter referred to as "ACHA".
