M3 Housing Limited, a company incorporated and registered in England & Wales with company number 04966582 whose registered office is at Three Kings, 23 Commonside East, Mitcham, Surrey CR4 2QA, (the "Distributor") is the appointed distributor and licensor of certain software applications, products and services set out in the Schedule(s) to this Agreement. You (the "Customer") wish to use the software, products and services in accordance with the terms set out in this Agreement and as may be otherwise agreed between the Distributor and the Customer from time to time. Each of the Distributor and the Customer is a "Party" and are together the "Parties".
