This protocol is an agreement between all Lincolnshire Local Housing Authorities (LHA), the Prison Service (HMPS), the Probation Service (PS) and Shelter, sub-contracted by NACRO, and will apply to people released from HMP Lincoln & HMP North Sea Camp or leaving Wordsworth House Approved Premises within Lincolnshire.
