American University has closed its Residence Halls in response to the National and State Declarations of Emergency due to COVID- 19 (“pandemic”). This RELEASE, WAIVER and INDEMINITY AGREEMENT is an Addendum to the Housing & Residence Life License Agreement for Academic Year 2019-2020, which remains in full force and effect.
