This AGREEMENT is made and effective as of the date of the Mayor’s signature below and is between the City of Everett, a Washington municipal corporation (the “City”), and the Subrecipient identified in the Basic Provisions below (“Subrecipient”). This Agreement includes the Basic Provisions and the attached General Provisions. The City Council, pursuant to the recommendations of its Citizen Advisory Committee, has authorized the City to expend 2060 Affordable Housing Trust Fund monies for the project specified in this Agreement in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
