The following terms constitute a legally binding agreement ("this Agreement") between You and Huawei Software Technologies Co., Ltd. and its affiliates (collectively, "Huawei"). This Agreement helps You understand the way in which Huawei provides the Service to You, the measures to cope with pertinent issues, and other important information. "Developer", "Huawei Developer", or "You" (or "Your" to denote the possessive pronoun) refers to an individual, legal entity, or organization that has been authorized by Huawei to use the Service to provide Products to Users.
