The following terms (hereinafter referred to as this "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Huawei regarding the HUAWEI Health Kit Service. Any matters not covered herein shall be subject to the applicable clauses in the Huawei Developer Service Agreement and the Agreement on Use of Huawei APIs.
