THIS MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made as of the last date of signature below (“Effective Date”) by and between The Board of Trustees of the Leland Stanford Junior University (“Stanford”) on behalf of the California-Pacific-Northwest AI Hardware Microelectronics Commons Hub (“Northwest-AI-Hub” or, simply, the “Hub”), having a location at 485 Broadway, Floor 3, Redwood City, CA 94063-3136, and a having a location at ("Hub Member").
