relation to the Humboldt County Juvenile Detention Center (hereafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is hereby made and entered into by and between HUMBOLDT COUNTY, NEVADA, a political subdivision of the State of Nevada, (hereafter referred to as “Humboldt”), LANDER COUNTY, NEVADA, a political subdivision of the State of Nevada, (hereafter referred to as “Lander”), and PERSHING COUNTY, NEVADA, a political subdivision of the State of Nevada, (hereafter referred to as “Pershing”). Hereafter, Humboldt, Lander and Pershing may be referred to collectively as the “Counties”.
